Why PatientMD

PatientMD acts as a liaison between the patients and the healthcare service provider. While the treatment is looked after by the hospital, we take care of the entire process, right from initiating correspondence, share a detailed proposal with relevant information, helping the patient and family to take the right decision, block dates, book tickets, arrange accommodation, local transportation, and related services. Rather, it is an airport- to- airport service, with PatientMD providing the necessary support to the client right from the time she/ he lands in India, till departure. PatientMD takes care of the accommodation and other relevant needs of all those who accompany the patient to India. We ensure that the stay is close by and comfortable and safe.

PatientMD does provide services for patients who need immediate attention. For such patients, we offer emergency services such as ambulance pick up in case you need to go to the hospital directly from the airport. PatientMD will also decide for registration at the hospital so that the required treatment begins at the earliest. Under normal circumstances, there is no waiting time in most private hospitals in India.

Based on the status of the patient’s medical condition, we propose a pre or post treatment holiday. India is incredible, and one must not miss the opportunity to see this great country.
