Please browse through our website and get detailed information. Run through all the medical procedures, panel of doctors, alternative medicine, rejuvenation centers and exotic destinations across India.
Identify the medical centers and services provided by them. Shortlist the surgery/ treatment needed, including a holiday, visiting popular destinations in India, pre/ post treatment.
Please send us an enquiry, with your basic queries and concerns.
We will study your requirements and get back to you with answers to your queries thereafter. We would provide an estimate of expenses to be incurred, during the hospitalization, and pre/ post treatment plans. You will also be given a list of information that you will need to provide, to proceed to the next step.
On receiving a confirmation from your side, we proceed to the next step, and set up a consultation with the concerned specialist. We encourage you to use this session to clarify most of your queries.
At the end of this consultation, our specialist will guide with the best possible options. Based on this personal evaluation of the case, the estimate of expenses would be quoted.

Between your first consultation and your intended arrival for your medical treatment in India, we encourage you to continue asking questions, and we would be happy to respond to all your queries.

This helps you to be confident of making an informed decision regarding your surgical procedure(s). These questions can be directed to your specialist via telemedicine tools of PatientMD.

Having taken a decision to visit India, you would be requested to make a non-refundable REGISTRATION deposit with us in order to go ahead with your provisional booking. We will make the pre-treatment appointments for consultation with the specialist, make necessary arrangements, right from the airport pick up. This registration amount would be approximately 30% of the quotation provided.
We would request that you intimate your travel dates at least 3 weeks in advance; we may provide air ticket booking and visa assistance, as additional services.
On receipt of your travel details, your booking will be confirmed with you and your pre and post-operative instructions forwarded to you together with a detailed itinerary of your surgery, medical appointments, recuperation, and rejuvenation through your pre booked holiday.
Our representative will welcome you at our International Airport, and escort to your hotel.

The following day would be utilized for pre-operative medical appointment with your surgeon, and other formalities.

On receiving a confirmation from the surgeon regarding the planned surgery, you need to deposit the balance amount as per norms agreed upon. Thereafter, the surgery will be scheduled.

If for medical reasons your surgeon feels the surgery should not proceed as scheduled, or you decide not to go ahead with it, your scheduled surgery will stand cancelled.

Once the surgery gets completed and the hospital releases the patient, it’s time to rejuvenate in some exotic location, as per the holiday planned. The holiday may even take place before the medical treatment if advised/ approved by the doctor. We urge patients and their companions to reserve a few days/ weeks to enjoy a holiday in India, which will be well planned by the PatientMD team.
